On was founded in 2010 by three Swiss friends, Olivier Bernhard, David Allemann and Caspar Coppetti.
Born between Zurich and the Engadin mountains, consistent innovation has driven global growth to challenge the sportswear industry with performance, design and impact at the core.The original goal was not to create another running shoe but to throw away the standard model and make something better.

• Upper:Soft-touch comfort fabric made from recycled polyester for an eco-friendly approach. Over 80% of the polyester content and over 30% of the entire shoe includes recycled materials. Reflective panel on the upper increases visibility in low-light situations.
• Midsole:Helion superfoam provides light, durable and responsive cushioning for a sensational ride. Max CloudTec elements add soft landings. Polypropylene Speedboard and rocker shape guide explosive transitions.
• Outsole:Grip rubber compound for traction on road surfaces.
