The Nike Air Max2 CB 94 Gym Red is a mostly two-tone, black-and-red colorway of Charles Barkleys classic signature shoe. Debuted in 1994, the Air Max2 CB 94 was worn by the Basketball Hall of Famer with the Phoenix Suns back in the day, and is considered one of the very best performance hoops shoes of Nikes 90s-era glory years. Quintessentially retro, the Gym Red is a Tinker Hatfield designed shoe inspired by the look of a straightjacket. The black leather overlays along the eyelets and midsole mimics the look of the confined garment. White Nike embroidery is stitched onto the midfoot harness that supports the lacing system and black accenting is located on the nylon tongue. A classic Nike Air logo is located on the heel and a mini Swoosh is seen on the back of the midsole.
